    Return and Exchange Policy

    Return or Exchange Policy

    - Returns and exchanges are permitted within 3 days of purchase, except for air rifles, which are authorized by the Ministry of Interior.

    2 - Return or Exchange Policy

    - This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

    - All accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in their original packaging when returning.

    - Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same item, provided the customer delivers them to Sakton.

    - In the event of a return or exchange, the customer must deliver the device to any Sakton branch, adhering to the conditions above.

    3 - Return and Exchange Procedures and Locations:

    - The customer may return or exchange purchases from any Sakton branch free of charge, provided the conditions set forth in Article 2 above are met.

    - The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the return or exchange process.

    4 - Refund Methods:

    - The customer has the option to return the value of their purchase or exchange it for another product, depending on the customer's choice.

    - To refund purchases made using credit cards, bank checks, Tabby, or Mada, the amount will be refunded after deducting the electronic payment fee from the total order value through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow up on the payment procedures through the branch with which they deal.

    5 - Exceptions not covered by the Return and Exchange Policy:

    - Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.

    - Device serial numbers, original packaging, colors, or any other appearance do not match the product received during the purchase process and as stated on the purchase invoice.

    6 - Privacy Notice:

    - Sacton is not responsible for the loss of any customer data during the exchange or return process.


    7 - Other Terms and Conditions:

    - The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.

    - If the customer delays receiving the product, Sakton reserves the right to add 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay in receiving the product. This fee will be collected in cash from the customer.

    8- When canceling an order, the customer will be charged a transfer fee from Salla to our bank account.

    9- Sacton disclaims all responsibility for the shipment after it is delivered to the shipping company representative.
